Lieutenant Vinay Narwal of the Indian Navy was one of the unlucky tourists who were killed in the terror attack in Pahalgam in Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday. Navy officials paid their respect to the soldier during the wreath-laying ceremony at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi today. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was also present at the ceremony.
